At Misr Pyramids Company, we are committed to providing you with a seamless online shopping experience. Our official business days are from Sunday to Thursday, while Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays are non-working days for both our staff and shipping partners.

We primarily utilize third-party shipping providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of your orders.

Estimated Delivery Timeframe

Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 business days, depending on your geographical location.

Flexible Delivery Options: Customers can select a preferred delivery time within the day, week, or month for added convenience.

Urgent Orders: If you require expedited delivery, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.

Proof of Delivery

Upon delivery, we require a signature on a copy of the invoice as confirmation of receipt. The order will be delivered to the registered address, and the signature of any individual present at that address will be considered valid proof of delivery.

In cases where no one is available to receive the order at the registered address:

  • You must contact our customer service department to schedule a new delivery attempt.
  • We can make a maximum of two delivery attempts.
  • If the order is not received within seven days of the first delivery attempt, Misr Pyramids Company will not be liable for its fulfillment.

2. Order Processing & Shipping Fees

In-stock Orders: Processed and fulfilled within 5 to 7 business days.

Custom-made Orders: Fulfillment timelines will vary based on individual production times, as indicated in the product description.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product and delivery address.
  • For special orders, shipping costs will be provided after the order is placed and included in the final balance.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

An estimated delivery date will be provided upon order placement. Please note that:

  • Delivery times are based on the shipping date, not the order date.
  • These timeframes are estimates and are subject to order acceptance and approval.
  • We strive to complete delivery within five business days from the shipping date, barring any exceptional circumstances.

  • Multiple-item orders, which may arrive in separate shipments.
